Hahahaha! Ahhh that's awesome.
Sometimes the conversation goes the other way, too."Daddy, put your pants on!""Never!" Sprint downstairs to hide behind the La-Z Boy. Does this behavior need to stop by the time my daughter starts dating?
My daughter is also a weirdo. She normally wears only rubber boots around the house. Liberating! I love your blog, it's hilarious and also touching!
Love! Our daughters are kindred spirits!
The difference is my daughter would have said no to everything. "Please put your pants on." "NO!" "Ok, leave your pants off." "NO!" (still doesn't put them on). It applies to food more than pants, which I'm not sure is better or worse.
Some day, I only dream of being able to be that quick on my toes. I usually just make empty threats and sarcasm. Also, I hope one day to make awesome cartoons like yours! And finally, I'm giving you something special. Don't be creeped out. Here it is: http://mylifeaslucille.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-real-lucille-q-a.html
The real win here is Dad's shirt.
